Coutinho immediately becomes one of their absolute best players, so it's well worth it for them - he's good enough that they can structure things around him for the year. He'll decimate the Bundesliga, and be an excellent threat in Europe, much more-so than James ever was. Much more of a loose cannon than James on the pitch and doesn't really fit in with them and how they've seemingly wanted to play the last few years.
